In the wake of COVID-19, ECRM halted all events and travel. With the primary source of revenue temporarily suspended, a rapid pivot became essential.

ECRM opted to create a virtual meeting platform under an established legacy brand, ECRM Connect™. The seamlessly integration of this online application aimed to sustain key revenue streams during periods of uncertainty, while also offering enhanced hybrid solutions for the future.

The problem

Users were apprehensive about conducting business in a virtual environment, but willing to consider alternatives. Project parameters were broad and internal pressure was high.
